Healthy Cannabis Banana-Chocolate Cookies: The Recipe
Cost: 20 +/-
Measuring cup, spoons
- 3 mashed bananas ripe
- 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Cannabis Milk
- 1/4 cup Raisins or Nuts your choice
- 1 cup Dark chocolate chips no sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 F. Then, mix everything together in a bowl using a hand mixer or spatula – make sure the oats are completely coated and wet, do not make the mix into a liquid or over-mix it – the ingredients need to stay thick.
With your hands, knead the dough into a ball so that everthing is mixed together well, and you can ensure all of the ingredients have stuck together.
With a spoon, spoon the size of cookies you like (small or large) and roll into a ball. Then, place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and use the back of the spoon to gently flatten the cookie just a little.
Make sure there is enough room in between each cookie, for them to expand.
Bake for 15 minutes approx, or until golden brown.
Yields around 24 cookies or more!
