This recipe adds an adaptogenic boost to your morning cup of joe. Made in under 6 minutes, Peak +Valley’s Balance My Stress blend soothes your nerves while the espresso has you up and ready to face the day.
How to Make:
Add Balance My Stress blend to the bottom of a mug. Stir in hot oat milk and the hot of espresso, then froth with a milk frother. Then, mix a teaspoon of honey or sugar, add your desired dose of Rosebud CBD and enjoy!

Midday Pick-Me-Up Matcha
Energizing matcha pairs with Peak +Valley’s Nourish My Brain blend to create a morning drink that is sure to get you going!
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Nourish My Brain blend
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Desired dose of Rosebud CBD oil
How to make:
Blend powders with the oat milk using a matcha whisk, then mix in the vanilla extract. Prep a cup with ice, then pour the mixture over, add your desired dose of Rosebud CBD and enjoy!

Evening Come-Down Milk
Stress-fighting ashwagandha and brain nourishing lion’s mane mushroom are the stars in our brain blend. Creamy hazelnut milk + warming spices create a nice nighttime drink.
How to make:
Heat the hazelnut milk over medium heat. Stir in spices and maple syrup. Then add the balance blend to a cup and pour the milk mixture over top. Stir and add your desired dose of Rosebud CBD and enjoy!
